The Mets Lost.... again

Tara Birthday week!

Despite Tara's love of the '86 Mets that alone was not able to get the Mets a win when the played the Colorado Rockies. However the tickets were free because Tara had recently given blood. Perhaps the Met's were trying out a blood ritual in an attempt to secure more wins.

Somehow this happened

Tara and Chuck ended up at Best Buy on Tara's birthday. They came across Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Birthdays and Racing!

So when Chuck was young he really liked the idea of car racing.

This was one of his favorite books, it was a Choose Your Own Adventure book. It was the story about a team of rally racers across Africa. Young Chuck was also really into Speed Racer which was shown in repeats on channel 68, right before Uncle Floyd. Speed was always racing around the world, and he and Trixie were always getting into trouble.
