Family affair
You know those strange poorly taken snap shots that are in a drawer?
This is one of them.
Doug, Sherry, and Charles
In the dining room of the house I grew up in, eating food and discussing a wedding involving their children.
My Dad is on the right, Tara's parents are on the left.
It rained or this scenario would have been outside.
To boldly go where hardly any women go
Did I mention that I went to a Star Trek convention with my friend Ian shortly after leaving the Garlic Rose in Madison, New Jersey?
Ian is on the right.
For those of you playing at home
When there is a wedding there is a rehearsal dinner. The location for said dinner has been found.
The Garlic Rose in Madison, New Jersey will be hosting the rehearsal dinner of Tara and Chuck.
Madison is a cheery town, look how happy Tara looks, though she might be throwing up a gang sign.
Madison also has ample parking and it is very affordable.
There is also a friendly looking used bookstore in the parking lot.
Enjoy yourself in Madison, New Jersey, Sunday October 3rd 2010.

Buying rings with Tara, Mary Beth and Fran Dresher
Our friend Mary Beth works at J Thomas Jewelers, one of the oldest jewelry stores in the country. Founded in 1765, Mr. Thomas was committed to bringing quality jewels to north western New Jersey. They also have a small candy bowl at the store as well.
The rings have been bought, they are round forged with awesome.
Learning how to get married.
I look at the mirror and repeat to myself, "I am an incredible dancer."
Turns out Tara's cousin Heather, is an incredible dancer and dance instructor. We met with Heather at her apartment in Queens, where she and her husband Russ live. They are both very nice, however they insisted we eat food made by a cultist that lives across town. Apparently it is their favorite place to eat.
Without giving much away. We got some dance lessons.
Here is the evidence.
There was video taken of this. This footage will probably be contained on the DVD of our wedding which will be available for purchase from Amazon and iTunes.
